‘Forgotten Pages’

Forgotten pages, lost in time.
Each page equals a day of life;
cast into a bottomless mine.

Never will they be read again.
An empty book is the ultimate sin.

Unwisely many spend their lives,
Often wasted on hedonistic vice.

Death comes from our sin’s wages.
We should’ve made better use of
those forgotten pages.
