‘The size of your flag’

True patriotism isn’t the size of the flag in your yard, or how fast you draw a proud salute.

 Reciting a sacred poem doesn’t measure your appreciation, no matter how sincerely resolute. 

Paying taxes and attending a jury are merely good citizen duties. That’s just doing one’s part.

The purest barometer for a lover of country is the unflinching love carried within our hearts.
