‘In the pocket’

In his left rear pocket he keeps a comb.
The right front holds keys and a phone.
His billfold is made of stained cowhide.
Coins bang together from side to side.

His utility knife is clipped to the waist.
Where he keeps it is a matter of taste.
Pockets are handy to store our things.
They offer storage for what life brings.
