‘Puzzle pieces’

Every man, woman and child,
Interact with each other daily.
To weave new relationships,
in a thousand different ways.

They fight among themselves.
Some marry or get divorced,
but no matter how connected,
an individual they will remain.

Some pieces join together,
but others will never mesh.
No relating the unrelated.
You can’t force the flesh.

Through a mosaic of pieces,
great understanding comes.
Every puzzle must be solved
or the human race succumbs.
